The shot was between the armor and also energy fields go down on those things when they are disabled.  Stupid video.

that's outrageous.  if I had paid for a ticket and then saw that in theaters I would have taken legal action.

Its 1985 so they obviously can't digitize shit like rope, rams, and pistons that out of the film.  Besides, Commando was a bad ass movie and that's all that really matters.  Fuck the dweebs who piss over petty shit like this... ::)
