hello, i have a problem with my arms they grow really slow and are behind my whole body they are like what 42cm... (16.5 inch) while i have tom platz legs, back like ronnie coleman and chest like arnold and delts like cannon balls my arms simple don't seem to grow, i've been trying from many reps light to low reps high diffrent exercises from 1 to 2x a week, but should i try to hit them maybe 3x a week or is that overkill?
