So, its very easy to look/sound retarded when you are making noises during the workout, but i have to admit when Im perfoming certain exercises, mostly for back, if I make some small shouts (lol) I can concentrate and relief the pain better, resulting in doing the reps with better form and even using heavier weight.

If it's the sound of exercise, it's cool. If it's an attention whore sound, it sucks...

Nothing to discuss.
At the upper rep ranges the burning gets so intense it's hard not to grunt.

Yeah, I like to make the twinks feel even more inferior by grunting in between sets too.

A little grunting is cool I hate the guy that has to make the deflating balloon ssssssssss noise on every rep.
