Title: blackberry help

i got the bold 9330 , trying to set up email account, but it says "The user name is invalid. A user name must be at least 4 characters".

this was fine before i upgraded to OS 6. All my email accounts have way more than 4 characters. there were some threads of Blackberry forums, but noone had an answer.

i cant also setup a BIS account through verizon's portal, it says it must be set up through my handheld, which i encounter the same problem

anyone???
