corporations and unions should fight it out in the cage

in regards to what government policy do you feel the idea that 'corporations are not people' is being used as justification?

We all have a right to assemble in corporate form, union form, religious form, whatever. I don't see the problem going away.
Sometimes I wonder if it's just easier for people to believe that corporations are big, mindless, uncaring entities and that's why they sometimes do some horrible things. Reality is somewhere along the line - a person or group of people are responsible for making the corporation do horrible things.

Could easily be rectified by not supporting politicians who take the bulk of their donations from corporations. But I guess that's asking too much.
Obama has collected more Wall St. cash than the GOP candidates COMBINED.

I would favor no limits, full disclosure, but no money from corps or unions.
