Do you listen to just Ronnie speaking while you work out?

Reminiscent of Zane and Mentzers theories on aural stimuli for weight training.

If you had the audio files... Mixing it would not be difficult.

YouTube audio quality isn't the best. The original sources would be needed.

i can simply download the videos with the talking into mp3 using those simple youtubemp3 conversion dowload sites

and then use windows movie maker to split up the mp3s into the parts i want

and then set instrumental rap tunes to it

it would be glorious

but seems like hard workl

No. Right now I'm taking BSN's AminoX for BCAAs and Amino Acids and Optimum Nutrition's HydroWhey. This stuff is pricey in the supplement game you get what you pay for. Have you tried any of the products?
