That dude is completely right. The European Union is not a democratic institution. Too much power is removed from the member states!! And you have civil servants who have massive power that have not been elected by a democratic vote. It's a mess!

America and Europe have many similar problems. Bought politicians and various non elected civil servants have too much power and do not represent the people. Brussel or Washington, same shit in many ways.

note: usa's debt is denominated in us dollars. guess which country can print unlimited amounts of us dollars and guess which country will certainly do that. the amount of debt a country is in when it's in their currency is entirely meaningless except to the bond holders

Well that sounds like a great situation! Yeah, we will see what happens when they try to print their way out of this mess. You will end up with hard toilet paper that is not as forgiving on your ass cheeks.
