Actually, this is correct. When synthol is used correctly, it can look good. It's the abuse of it that leads to the gross "oil-filled" look.

Looks easily maintainable too. Some whey protein, creatine monohydrate (properly cycled with a loading and maintenance phase), fish oils, multivitamin, etc. 8)

Probably. With adequate squats and deadlifts those are the only core exercises you need.
The squats raise your testosterone too, so I believe Markus is natural there.
