I reckon 10% is a really good bodyfat level to gain muscle at! I feel at this % you have the ability to still grow and look in descent shape! What is your guys best % in the offseason for gaining mass do you think? ??? ??? ??? ???

I think everybody's different.
At 12% I can maintain and grow without eating too much, but at 8% if I don't eat 24/7 I start to lose weight.

12-15% with 12 being the most agreed upon point for bodybuilders. You can get a little higher in other strength hobbies.
