2-3 huge bowls of brown rice, large plates of pasta w/sauce, 2lbs ground beef, at least 1Lb turkey,
apple sauce, potatoes (spaced over 4 meals)
probably will only have a small amount of junk: couple slices of apple pie and a few dinner rolls

I often eat 7000 or more kcal a day .. not clean at all though just lots of junk food , chocolate and... ice cream ;D
Would be a fucking torture to get down 3lbs of meat a day ..

No such thing as eating "clean" and "dirty" only eating slightly above maintenance to add mostly muscle or eat massively over to become an obese pig.

I`m shooting for 2500 calories today like always. Jezebelle is cooking us some Pork Sausage, Eggs and English Muffins.

In the last 2 weeks I have started drinking 1l of milk during work. I have added 1-2 lbs though I will not drink more for fear of getting fat

THere is some guy that carries a half gallon of 1% fucking milk with him as he trains! Its gross as he would carry this in the midst of 90 degree summer weather. He was very mushy and soft. Bad idea as there are better things to drink while training........water

If eating really clean (No processed foods). 2500 calories a day is my max.....sick of eating :-\ Now back in the day i could eat a whole pizza and exceed that in one meal.
Eat clean to get lean....then after that i think its just a calorie count thing like adonis said.

Do you realize that to built muscle you need no more than half (3,000 calories) of the amount of the calorie you are going to eat! ::)
The other extra 3,000 calories will only make you fat!

wrong, clean calories go right into your muscles while dirty calories add fat, everybody knows that

I only approached 6000 for thanksgiving.
Now Im back to 3500-4200 calories (depending on the day)

some studies comparig gatorade water milk for althetic purposes. Milk kept you better hydrated tha all of them ad for lomger. Amd replaced electrolytes better.

Been bulking on around 5400 cals for weeks and have a 4 pack and a spare tyre but nothing serious. Seems like strict and clean 40/40/20 macro keeps from getting sloppy. Figure if I was 2 inches taller or 20lbs heaver 6k cals would be about right.

Are you going to eat all of that day in-day out because youre hungry...or because youre bulking for a show?
If not, why plan your whole day around couple bowls or rice and couple pounds of meat...its silly if you think about it. why bother..
