I don't really have any time to do cardio other than post workout. I'd wanna do it to lose the bloat I get from high carbs. Would it hamper my progress due to the timing of the cardio?

Intervals, 25min MAX.

Best time is right after training in my opinion.
Just walk at a good pace on an inclined treadmill for 30-45 minutes....won`t lose any muscle as long as your diet is good and protein is high.

Anyone worried about a lousy 30-45 minutes of walking thinking that it`ll hamper gains is crazy..........just don`t run any marathons.

You don't want to gain fat either. Intervals will allow you to add the muscle and burn fat. (yes, it can be done)

no if youre in the habit of not doing cardio it will actually stimulate your metabolism and will allow you to eat more and gain more lean size

A couple of factors here. Depending on what days you're carbing up, unless you're carbing up 7 days a week then you definitely need to adjust your diet to fix the bloating. And speaking of diet, you should adjust your "bloating" and cardio based on your daily intake of calories. Now if you dont want to do too much cardio, try to incorporate walking/speed walking on the treadmill or do the bike.

GO HIGH PROTEIN, MODEERATE-HIGH FAT, MODERATE-LOW CARB BRO. BUT YES EVEN I JOG 10-15 MIN AFTER EVERY WORKOUT JUST TO GET EVEN MORE OF AN APPETITE AND CAUSE MY CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM IS SLACKING.

I do my cardio before training, just a personal choice to my liking. I'd feel too sluggish to get on the treadmill after pounding my muscles with HIT of 30-45 min's.

i like to sit back for five minutes and close my eyes and imagine myself running for 5 hours to get ripped

I do my more intense cardio on off days, but sometimes do a 'cooldown' sort of cardio for 15 minutes after weights.
Studies show it takes a lot of pressure off the heart to do the cooldown cardio.
I do all my cardio for heart/health benefits, not fat loss. Not eating too much keeps the fat off, and GH
doesn't hurt either.
I like being able to walk around without being out of breath too.

This! Id rather spend 15-20 minutes doing intervals then walking at 3.0 for 45 minutes any day of the week. Plus it burns more calories!
5 min warm up
10 minutes of intervals
5 minute cool down
Thats all you need. 2-3x's a week.
And dont walk if you wanna lose fat. Walking isnt going to do a damn thing.

big mistake young skinny guys make in not doing cardio they think it will only cut cals and they want to just add everything. wrong, it will increase metabolism and the amount of food your body converts to size
