so he's "leaning down". he is "trying to get smaller". put to and two together, he is thinking about a run at MMA!
-
lean out haha,,he said 270 thats still huge,,good for him,,his face looks lean younger not bloated..bi is really screwed up bruise still.
-
He looks good. Usually he takes 3 months off after the O. He must really mean business this year !!!!!!!
-
maybe he will compete at the Arnold Classic
-
LOL he has a plan ::) ::)
Using a lot less weight , wonder if he will finally manage to do a set of pullups this year unassisted
-
What he means is he is not shooting slin and synthol this time around, he's going to be hitting the Tren, Prop, GH and other vein popping chemicals year round so when he steps on the O stage his muscles will be popping everywhere, with paper like skin, dry to the bone... I think he will come back better than Phil andd either one of 2 things will happen:
1) He will look better than Phil win the O, go down as one of the best Bodybuilders in history and the first to reclaim the title 3 times and retire (if he smart enough)
2) He will look better than Phil but not win the O due to bent judging/rigging and either give up (retire) or carry on until he keeps placing worse and worse and finally drops out

well it does look like a torn bicep... haters

everyone is striving for more athletic cardio training rather than weightlifting now days... it's weird. Does boxing and mma play some part in this phenom? it's like so many people all of a sudden care about oxygen intake and want to improve that rather than muscle power.

It's MMA and its popularity among young men, yes. To the second point, all the young men of which I speak 'round these parts often use the word "gassing".
