Demi and Ashton have a pre-nup in place but Demi claims she is going to make him suffer in the courts. Rumor has it that if she tries any of this BS, Ashton is going to come clean that they had an open relationship and that Demi has been with hundreds of women since they were together. Supposedly some of Ashtons "girlfriends" who were also with Demi have told Ashton that they are ready to testify in court...

Makes sense, only conceivable way for someone as old as Demi to keep a manwhore like Ashton hanging around.
