That pic hasn't been touched as far as his size is concerned. After the photo was shot, it was enhanced with the typical photographers tools like lighting, color, brightness and contrast.

Like I said before, would you like me to Photoshop it for you and then show you what to look for?

It's all in the angle and the lighting in that photo. No size enhancement through software. At least not in THAT pic.
