Anyone can go from fatso to lean with a little hard work. What I admire is anyone purposely letting themselves go and stop focusing on their looks so much like falcon did. Takes a lot more psychological powers imo.

I wouldn't say I admire someone for letting themselves go backward.

But I respect their choice....everyone of us has the right to lose self respect & become a lazy gluttonous bum or to stop wiping their ass or stop brushing their teeth...
