Title: Metroplex Long Beach - 619 Muscle Holiday Bash - Dec 10th

Heading down this Saturday to the 619 Muscle Holiday Bash inside the Metroplex Long Beach on Saturday, December 10th.   Event starts around 11am...

See you there....

Will be taking pics of Derik Farnsworth, who is going to squat an amazing 500lbs (weighing only 180lbs)???  Well the rep count will be determined by YOU. Purchase a raffle ticket at event for $5 and help Derik push himself to the limit. You guys all know how Derik trains and being that this is for charity I expect to see nothing short of something amazing. ALL proceeds from this event are being donated to the 1736 Family Crisis Center

Quite a few competitors will be heading to Metroflex Gym Long Beach (610 Muscle) for this event.   Will see some of you there.

Should be a lot of fun - will head out there in an hour or so...
