No not loose skin just natural! lol ! weighed the same in both photos! Lots of cardio never dipped under 3500 cals per day.

good job,,,upper body ,abs came in good,,calves good,,keep blasing quads/hams could be pose tough to look thick leg wise.

12 weeks took masteron enthante/ test prop / 300mg each 6 ius gh per week
8 weeks switched to masteron prop / test prop/ 350mg each per week 6iu-9ius
2 weeks added tren at 300-700mg per week dropped gh & test :)

Thanks njflex for the comments :) I figured if i could do that in 12 weeks what can I do in 12 months so set myself a goal to go balls out and see what happens!! Kigs are on the way so looking forward to seeing how they compare to the gh i have been using before and if they will live up to the gh15 hype. lol. ;D

Diet was oats , white fish, egg whites, white rice, pototos, olive oil, salad, sugar free jello, berries, apples, dried prunes, oat cream, protein powder, protein bars.
Calories were cycled between 3500-4600 per day using the above foods and carbs never dipped below 250gms,

No I could only handle the tren for a few weeks and had to come off! Last 6 weeks been Using Deca/Eq /Test ent /and Gh. This week I dropped the deca and reintroduced the tren at a lower dose. Trying to gain some more size at the minute in a more normal offseason plan without getting too fat!

Reason is i still like a large volume of food per day, yes I could eat the burger but if I had one I would probably eat 10 or more and before you would know it i would be hittng the 7000 cal mark. lol . ;D Not really productive dieting for me i'm afraid.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys! I know I have got a long way to go and just wish I had started hormones at lower age! Still if I keep responding as I have this year hopefully I can look like something next year! ;D

Yes i was clean had been off over a year. Before that only done a few small 4 week courses of test prop & masteron prop. Plan to do a whole year straight now and just see how well I can do for once in my life before its too late! :)

Thanks. I haven't gone that route yet, but I'm not ruling it out, and it's cool when guys like you are honest so we can get real information.

height/weight ? yr change is amazing, and now i see what can be done in 3 months....im fuckin gonna get some.
cant afford gh tho. still have tren and test e/test prop. and npp. and eq and winny. winny was free, so why not.

I'm 5 8" Tall started diet at 196lb and ended at 196lbs scales stayed the same throughout
Chest looked better when cut but i did go from doing incline with 2 plates natural for 8 reps to doing on incline with 3 1/2 plates assisted!
Training 4 day split Chest Bi's / Day 2 Legs/ day 4 Rest / day 5 Shoulders traps and tris -( Bascially its all Dorain Yates training as in Blood & Guts)
Cardio was 100mins every morning on empty for the whole 12 weeks no days off!

10 bcaa's before cardio & 2 epthadrine tabs
meal one 80gms Oats , 70 gms choppd prunes,50gms protein powder
meal 2 200gms white fish, 300gms baked pototo, 20gms of olive oil bowl of salad 285gms
meal 3 130s Tunna Fish 250gms cooke balsamic rice
meal 4 23gms jello with 200gms strawberrys 20gms of oatmeal cream
meal 5 6 egg whites 20gms of olive oil salad 285gms
meal 6 6 egg whites 20gms of olive oil salad 285gms
meal 7 23gms jello with 200gms strawberrys 20gms of oatmeal cream
meal 8 2 protein bars casinate low carb bars before bed
If I woke in the night would eat another egg white meal

Did compete but moved up 2 weight classes and was too small. Hopefully this year stay in better condition and with a whole year on hormones be alot bigger! :)

Gone from 196 to 215 but after doing 2litres of icecream & 1 litre of pineapple juice a day for 2 weeks, I have now started to lose a bit of condition so have cut back until my condition is tight again!
This will be my plan offseason gain untill condition begins to fade and then cut back until tight again! Cycling like we do with our training and drugs! 8)
