Thanks Vince,

I guess you know all about meaningless. Kind of like your bodybuilding career.

I looked up meaningless in the dictionary and they had your picture.

Funny that Arnold Classic has the same guys, yeah what would they know!

Didn't say the strongmen were worthless....just the event itself.  MetRX has the best men competing for the largest purse...same with the Arnold Classic.  If it wants to be successful then it needs to get more TV time and up the money.

That's show business for ya. ;)

The event is being filmed and screen everywhere, they estimate 80 million viewers for the year.

Introducing Giants Live

The World's Strongest Man TV show has run since 1977 on channels such as ESPN and the BBC; and has over the last few decades expanded into a truly Worldwide sport. "Giants Live" is the World Wide arena based Grand Prix Series that is the 'Official World Strongest Man Qualifying Tour'. At each Grand Prix up to twelve of the Worlds biggest and best strongmen come together and fight over six extreme disciplines.

The now famous events include the Giant log lift, Car Deadlift and the Atlas Stones. Importantly, from each and every Grand Prix three men qualify directly to the World Strongest Man finals. Getting on the podium at Giants Live has been done by very few but it includes the greatest names in the sport: 5 x World Champion Mariusz Pudzianowski of Poland, the 450 pound Giant from Denver Brian Shaw, 2 x World Champion Zydrunas Savickas, Misha Koklyaev the Russian Weightlifting Champion and Magnus "the Viking" Samuelsson of Sweden. Venues have included Madison Square garden, the MTN Expo Centre, Mohegan Sun , Wembley Arena and the latest MEC Melbourne Australia.

All show are aired across 60 countries Worldwide.
