How does one perform cable flyes to put as much emphasis on the upper pecs as possible?
There seems to be 2 skools of thought on this from what I have gathered.... keeping the upper arm inline with the clavicles throughout the movement OR starting from say hip height arms out to the side and bringing the arms upwards and in....
And yes, i have peformed every incline press movement imaginable and it works to some extent, but I'm looking to try some other stuff now....

2 scoops of dat dere cell tech for optimum muscle stimulation, especially for the upper chest.

flyes are bullshit. best to do regular DB presses with you plams facing each other, the MAX OT style. More pecs, less delts.

use an incline bench man.works everytime. :)
