If a supplement is said to be important for muscle building...
Look back to the 70s and see if that supplement existed then, if it didn't, then it's not important.

If your mum provides the money - take them.
Otherwise not good because they make for a pretty acidic enviroment... harmful.
Years ago when I was doing my civilian service many of my colleagues used to pop them all day(5g per amino) - with no effect.
Vivid memories of their fanny packs full of "aminos" have been hunting me ever since.

it doesnt matter shit, flushing them through the toilet will give you probably more gains than taking them.

A much better choice would be a quarter pounder wit cheese or quite possibly a double quarter pounder with cheese, but if all else fails just go with a meat lovers from pizza hut
