I've noticed if I'm a bit sick or just not feeling 100% I will really push myself through the workout.

How many sets/reps are you performing Falcon?

How many sets/reps are you performing Falcon?

heavy one arm rows in sets of 5 with 125pounds

non weighted squats/lunges

non weighted pushups

thats all i do. i just try to get the most volume possible

i do this everyday,  somedays i get more than others

everything is counted equally say if i do 10 reps per arm with 125 pounds on rows thats 20 reps

if i do 20 reps of pushups thats 20 reps
20 reps on squats also equal 20

my total is just above 100 reps per day sometimes close to 200 reps but rarely

yes that isnt much but dont forget i use up most of my stamina working.

when i was lean i did 300 reps per day.. i hope to get back to that

in highschool i could do that shit because all my energy was conserved sitting down the whole day  ::)

I never understood preworkout drinks and such.  Why people need to be jacked before they step in a gym.  No matter how tired I am, I go into the gym and start warming up, within minutes I am alert and ready to go and have great workouts.  I don't like being out of breath and sweating from jacked up drinks before I even touch a weight.
