It's coming more and more to light that a large % of pro's are using seo. People just don't think so unless the persons arm looks like a sack of oil. However, if SEO is used right, it can look good and serve a purpose in expanding the muscle tissue.

Also, the problem lies in guys going to it too early. Until you are absolutely maxed on gh, AAS, and Slin, SEO should be avoided.
