Title: Arnold's Books, including Bodybuilding For Men
Post by: The RedMeatKid on December 27, 2011, 02:30:35 PM
I just ordered Arnold's book "Bodybuilding For Men". I got a lot out of "Encyclopedia" as well as "Education Of A Bodybuilder". His routines are always on the money and his writings are inspirational. Always a joy to read Arnold. Fuck Mentzer.

Yes, train each body part 3 times a week and make 2 training trips a day. The route to a arnie body!

That falls under the category of "Advanced Training" in Arnold's routines. He doent recommend that for everyone all the time, despite what Mentzer would have you believe.

Not a book by Arnold but an interesting read nonetheless is Barbara Outland's book Arnold and Me. She talks about how she and Franco didn't really like each other and seemed to be fighting for Arnold's attention. How the doctor told her she contracted gonorrhea and knew Arnold gave it to her since she was faithful and called Arnold out on it [she goes on to say there was a mixup and she never had it]. And after suspecting Arnold had been cheating on her during their relationship and his constant denial FINALLY admits he and fact did years after their breakup.
