Not good - and i hated McLame. However - being a rational person and someone who actually researched everything I could find on obama since e had really no public record to speak of in the Senate - when it came down to it - McLame would have been far better than Obama.
On some issues worse? Maybe. But would we have gotten obamcare? Stim Bill? Cap n Trade? Dodd Frank? EPA killing off businesses left and right? A criminal neo-terrorist AG?
