I'm having a break from training right now. Maybe a bit to long, but the little pains 'n strains are gone. I'm going for a 12 week "gain muscle + lose fat", natural. I done it before, I got a very decent muscle memory. Gonna train like there's no tomorrow.
What about you ?

Wanna get to 4% dry this year. Hopefully at 195 - 200 lbs.

Like you, I think I might also take a few weeks off just to let the old joints heal and maybe to gain a little weight like normal people do.
It's been a while since I have indulged in eating a little junk food and I think it would be therapeutic to do so.

Ask a girl(one I know) out, play a show, lean up, go oversees, maybe take a trip to mexico city, or toronto, either capital would be fine.

One resolution i always make and cant stick to is, to limit my diet coke to one can a day and drink more water, but cant ever seem to stick to it.
Another one i tried a while back and actually did for a few months and had fun at it was to always eat out at a different restaurants every time i eat out, rather then the same ol Carls jr, KFC, Hawaiian BBQ places i go to regularly

For 2012, I want to stay at 250 lbs but get leaner. My arms have been stuck at 19.75" for ages, so it would be nice to sport some legit 20's this year.

same...12wk fat loss deal here. Been half assing basically on/off...meals all off...no protein...just lagging ass. All good, i'll be back beach ready mid feb. polish off and fine tune by march 2012
