Give me some ideas, I want a 3times a week routine...

This one worked great for me on my early days:
Chest and triceps
Back and biceps
Legs and shoulders
or
chest and shoulders
back and hams + calves
quads and arms

-chest/back (with some exersices superseted)
-delts/arms
-Legs

even though this split is some what illogical in ways it does seem to be a constant fav and is really great if you do legs in the middle and use compound movments for arms as to lightly hit chest,shoulder, back again

I like to do this too but with my leg workout in the middle.

in my teens, this was my drug free split,,, packed tons of size on me, still go back to it now n then

any rep scheme of your choice.... back then it was all squats, rows n deads etc, loved it, wouldnt have changed a thing,,, except the flat benches maybe
theres guys on here buying packs of kigtropin and usuing dnp who havnt even spent a few month let alone a few year actualy getting down to basics and training

The split looks interesting, im gonna give it a try.

I would do whole body 3x per week for ~ 3 sets per bp (either change exercises each workout or do 1 set of three different exerciess)
or
Monday and Friday = upper body
Wed = Lower body
