very watery, not a vein or striation in sight. A modern day vic richards, he'll always struggle to appear dry on stage. drop the weight and lets see some slow controlled reps. geez

Looks good with the exception of not totally locking out on some things but that could be due to joint/tendon pain and limitations or wanting to maintain tension under load or whatever its called.   Speaks French (correct?) and at least sounds articulate.  Handsome enough young man to gain the attention of women and lose that of Bay. ;D

Let's hope he doesn't go the fatass bloated way of the Kai.  He's no Nubret, but then in this day and age, who is?  Along with Wolf I hope  this young man does well in the future.

Honestly that locking out think IMO is bullshit and you'll pay for it in some form as you age.  I'm not saying to do quarter or half-reps but keep the muscle under constant tension.  Locking out provides no advantage IMO.

Coming from a guy with such abysmal willpower, he has to rely on DNP to burn those extra calories he's stuffing for comfort. Overfed Pig

You could be right, save in competitions such as Olympic and Powerlifting.  I asked Coach about the idea that some people training with injury avoid locking out due to joint and tendon pain, but still waiting to hear back from him.  He left this area of the forums so maybe he will never reply.

Hanging onto the distant memories his athletic teenage years, antidepressants have numbed all feeling as he staggers through Wallmart, dumping calorie rich garbage into his basket. His bloated moon face scrunches up in ecstasy as he climaxes to the thought of the frumpy mexican cashier who "Gave him the look" while scanning his gallon of strawberry milk.

It's because he's working with Rambod.  I think Beyeke would probably be better off working with Farrah. He can get any bodytype in shape.  Rambod is good working with Phil, LIke Ronnie with Chad.  Beyeke has that thick West African Skin.

he does have a lack of definition, especially in arms: biceps, triceps and brachialis could be more separated. but that's nitpicking considering his huge advantage in size, proportion and symmetry imo

he doesnt have genetics for showing veinsm but veins arent everything. cutler has minimal veins..

lionel has good striations in his legs and his back is very sharp and detailed so i wouldnt say he cant get peeled at all.

Proper form is overrated. Take a look at their professional records. Arnold Classic Winner and Olympia runner up Branch vs a man who shows up in shape once in a blue moon. Beyeke is untested and about to be exposed. Johnny Jackson is one of the strongest men to have ever lived.

Wait untill you are over 40 and if you are still training came back and tell me that proper form is overrated!
By the way Lionel Beyeke is already a better bodybuilder than Branch and Johnnie combined and will achive a better legacy and record in pro-bodybuilding than both of them!
Mark my words! ;)

Wiggs I agree... work the muscle through the complete range of motion, but keep the tension on the muscle and off the joints.  However, IMO bad form is only bad if ithe form puts one at higher risk for injury.

Those benches especially the incline are something out of some gym that went bankrupt 30 years ago...we are talking very old stuff here.

The guy is all power and definitely not relying on bar and bench balance to lift the most weight.
