Title: Gracie challenge went out to Meng?

Im trying to learn BJJ, my coach Tim James at Harrow Martial arts club, told me in the early 90s upon hearing what a badass Meng is they challenged him to NHB fight and they never got a reply.
Not sure that man would back down from anyone or anything.

if meng actually had to fight with rules he would get raped

I just said they challenged him to NHB - NO HOLDS BARRED - as in basically a street fight
