I am going to punch them in the fucking face. I am so sick and tired of how everyone all of a sudden is on a diet Jan 1, then by Jan 8th they are stuffing their faces with donuts and danishes again in the break room.
All of the fatties at work are eating salads for lunch, they want to lose fat for the New Year and I just shake my head and laugh at them. What I probably don't see is they hid two snickers bars underneath all of that lettuce.
Why don't people try losing fat in October? For fucks sake. I started my diet mid November so I can have time to get lean by late spring early summer.

Also remember that those who want to lose fat don't want to go overboard and get "too muscular" ::)

this I can't stand. I get asked this shit a lot too. I waste my time helping when they quit a week later

Shit,I dieted for 8 straight months last year,most people would cave in at about a weeks time on my diet.
Lost 7 inches on my waist.
Their lack of willpower and just wishing for results sickens me!!

I used a little Bronkaid for a while,(lots of cardio twice a day at first),6 meals a day.........high protein,low carbs,low fat,trained 6-7 days a week,trained each bodypart twice weekly,never cheated at all for the first 4 months.

gym was packed this morning at 5am. usually there are only 20 people or so in it. i hope them bitches get over their resolutions quick.

ughhh I have done this too before when I was natural. More misery than it's worth. Rather take tren and hgh and not starve myself to get the same fat loss results

I used a little Tren and some Sustanon,but I was really out of shape when I started the diet.
I was dieting for the Masters Nats,North America,and NABBA Nats so I wasn`t about to fuck around and slack.

It's 2012, so people lost the willpower to stay fat.

Personally, I'm using the psychological boost of the new year to trim off about 20Lbs I could live without. I go to the gym year round so it's not like I'm taking up any new real estate in the gym. I had a hamstring tear in early november that put me on crutches then a little rehab and with the holidays, well, I put on a few more than normal. So..... I want to lose fat for the New Year ;)

The talk of losing fat always begins January 1 and then again on the first hot sunny day before summer here in Jersey. I always say if you want to be in great shape during the summer you have to be putting in the time during the winter.

I can make a lot of progress in 3 months so as long as I don't stall past Feb I'm good. I just don't let myself go to the point it's a long drawn out process to get back down to where I want. But yeah, if you're waiting till May to start, probably not going to happen
