Title: What causes back pumps?

do you guys get these??

Is it from orals or can any steroid cause it?

deadlifts usualy cause them for me........ ;)

a few of my buds have moaned about dbol causing this, i just think there soft personaly

Yeah I always heard some people get them on dbol and I always wondered what the hell it felt like. Well, today I was doing some light cleaning around the house and all of a sudden my lower back tightened up as I felt a huge pump...lol. Didn't hurt but it became really uncomfortable. I'm taking tbol and deca so I don't know which is more likely to cause this but for some reason I always hear people blaming orals.
