my quads are pretty jacked but theres no way in hell i could squat 600 or 400 i might could get one deep squat with 315 when i was lean and going to a gym i never played aorund when super heavy weights on squats if i couldnt get them parallel

i guess he has long legs,,considering that then strenght is impressive form so/so,his legs should be bigger considering weight used and when dieting and competing bbing he switches up to higher rep i would imagine on press,extensions,hack's ,you would think he would have killer legs.

Most boys get the prepuces of their penises hacked at birth and no legal consequences come from it, but if a doctor even pricks the genital of a baby girl, there is hell to pay. Boys learn from a very young age that girls get away with almost anything, whilst boys get beaten and straightened out if they do crazy stuff.

The reward is this, plus perhaps a title, trophy, etc. The same as ANY other sport: the attainment of perfection pertaining to your discipline. Like a runner finishing his first marathon. What's difficult to understand? You don't aim for the same goal ... big shit. Doesn't make it any less legit as a pursuit.

Definitely not, just my opinion bro. Powerlifters just are pathetic to me and the few ive encountered are just fat pricks arrogant for no reason loading up an olympic bar with 10 plates looking around to see whos going to watch their one rep. All while wearing a weight belt, knee raps and wrist straps. Ive played elite level hockey when i was younger than got into bodybuilding. I just honesty see no point in powerlifting. Sure stan efferding and the wsm dude that polish dude were impressive but they are in a league of their own...olympic lifting is dope, simply because its the olympics though and motherfuckers are clean and pressing twice their BW or more ( i actualy have no idea)

I knocked out 10 reps as smooth as butter with 315 on the incline today, and i didn't even breathe loud...screaming and carrying on like a lunatic is for idiots...the guys who are the most locked-in to their muscles don't make a sound, they are almost meditating ..that's how i get..i don't even hear anything around me. I hate fucking idiot spotters who start yelling and shit "come on...push it!!!"....I am pushing it, you retard.

When I was doing 20 rep squats on the regular, my wife was actually my best spotter.
The only thing she said was the number I was going to get next: "Get 13." She used a very calm voice. She knew how hard I was pushing myself.

I concur, if the gaynes you speak of are consistent, then the sky is the limit. 2 lbs per weak is 104 lbs a year. With consistent gaynes, you could add 1040 lbs to your dead in one decade. The sky is the limit.

just alot of bullshit medium light weight training and alot of cardio alot of wasted time. All that time only to deflate down when you dont put in the time
even if you progressed 1 pound a week thats still 50 pounds a year
half pound a week 25 pounds a year on there bench press. now how many progress 25 pounds per lift per year only champions like late nortom
