Title: Short frequent cycles vs Long infrequent cycles
Post by: a_pupil on January 04, 2012, 03:37:12 AM
If you have to cycle (due to family, financial reasons), is it more beneficial to do 6-8 week cycles with 4-6 week gaps or 3-4 month cycles with longer breaks?

More beneficial as in keeping gains, effect on the body's production etc.

for the majority of gym rats, short cycling is the best thing to do.
of course you can't get very much above your genetic potential, but not all of us do. It implies being on gear every month of the year....
