The grapefruit thing is kind of whackey but overall this guy is insanely muscular and should have won the olympia! he has muscle on top of muscle he hold more muscle pound for pound then phil heath dose. kai is freaky huge! its almost something you have to see in person heath isn;t as impressive in person as kai. kai is fucking THICK!

Kai is the only competitor that has a decent chance to
beat Phil. Many in attendance at the Sheru Classic
thought Kai should have won the show and he wasn't
nearly as good there as at the NY Pro this year.
For the 1st time Kai had a grainy appearance to his
physique in NY.
I'll get to the negatives in a sec but Kai has some outstanding qualities.
1st - He is wider, bigger and more muscular than Phil.
His physique from the side and back is actually very freakishly aesthetic.
Pose for pose against Phil - Phil in Olympia shape) Kai in NY 2011 shape)
FDB - Phil - Kai's gut loses it for him right off.
FLS - Kai - One of the best FLS in the IFBB
Abs & thigh - Kai - Kai has a thick V shape with outstanding abs & legs
Phil is a little more straight up and down with less than stellar abs
MM - Toss up - Phil is rounder and Kai is denser and more striated.
Side chest - close - could go either way.
S tri - Phil because of his incredible tris.
Rear DB - Phil - Just by a tad - If Kai came in shredded it may be different.
RLS - Very close- Kai is wider but Phil has more illlusionary thickness
Kai's back seems to flatten in this pose.
WHAT KAI NEEDS TO DO TO BEAT PHIL..

This is why bodybuilders like Kai Greene and Victor Martinez and a bunch of other guys will never be Mr. Olympia's. Lifes all about choices and they have repeatedly made the wrong ones. Look at the image difference between Jay Cutler and Martinez or Heath vs. Greene. Becoming Mr. Olympia has a lot more to do with what you look like on stage the day of the contest.

100% true...comp bodybuilding is already a fringe sport,and if one of these clowns got the 1st place title it would probably lose any credibility(if it even has any)that is has left...gone are the days when the public was interested and the physiques were inspiring and seemed attainable and healthy.
