The 2012 IFBB Ironman is no more - the first contest will be the 2012 IFBB Flex Pro in February.

the 2012 NPC Ironman Naturally is on January 29th here in Los Angeles, together with the Fit Expo.    The last IFBB Ironman was in 2009, where Silvio Samuel won it

Hey Ron, I remember back in 1997-1998 checking out getbig.com for the results and pics from contests. I did not pay attention to the forum back then. But I have been checking in getbig almost daily for 13 years I guess  ;)

Yeah, I mean it's only about 9 years for me, but funny how time flies when you're staring at contest results, and bickering endlessly about who's best.  :)
