that's 12½ stones in english. starting weight 370lbs (26st 4lbs). fucking impressive

It says it took him a year, pretty impessive. I`m thinking most of his work was in the kitchen and not the workout video.

once you get to his before size... it must be hard as hell to motivate yourself to just get up and move, nevermind doing strenuous exercise. props to him.

here he talks about his excess skin. but just at how much better and healthier he looks just in the face.

I love hearing about these type of stories. I'm about 10 pounds over weight and I have trouble losing that.

  That's what I'd like to know. I lost 100 pounds between the winter of '05 and the winter fall of '06 and I still have loose skin on my stomach and lower back. He probably had some surgery that he forgot to mention.

But that Bruce Randall guy lost tons of weight and didn't have spare skin. And I don't think they had surgery for it back then. It must be very individual and/or is very related to the speed of slimming...

i'd guess around 1:20 on the video, he had surgery to remove the skin.  arms and belly lost it too.
