No doubt. But the trainers who actually know how to train people that have crossfit gyms are just using the name "crossfit" to draw attention and make money. No educated trainer would even consider using a WOD as it's posted on the crossfit site as an actual workout. I've even considered using the name "crossfit" to attract more business but just use my regular training protocols.

You're spot on - I would do the same.

On another note I'm really thankful that it's propagated and there's some more good ol' "barbell moving" going on + armies of attention whores "training" themselves into hospital.
This fact plus youtube makes me quite happy.
