Barris did wome wild stuff, but a lot of his movie cars were not "modified" all that much. Look at KIT from Knightrider.
And, the Adam West Batmobile was basically some red paint trim and a bar mounted over the cockpit with a flashing light - although, the "jet engine" exhaust was a nice touch.
As far as Batmobiles, nothing beat the 1989 Anton Furst version:

I have to say, the best Batmobile was the one from The Batman cartoon from the 90s.
As far as Falcon's vehicle---come on guys, it's gonna be a truck, probably domestic...
But unlike the rest of his Southern brethren, it doesn't have a gunrack inside...
