-
Haven't trained abs since early 90s
-
never trained forearms in my life. abs here and there on the rope pulley
-
Haven't trained abs since early 90s
Same here , I went from doing 1000 reps everyday in the 80's early 90's to O reps ,waste of time.

By far it's the neck.
-
never train abs also except if I am doing a show I'll do a few sets here and there
I hate training back, no movements feel natural for me when I train back.
Always had trouble "feeling" it
-

Same here. Haven't trained that since high school wrestling.
-
I was going to say my heart muscle. I never do any high intensity cardio and the last time I went for a walk with my two friends we walked up and down hills and it hurt and I hated it. Not musclar pain either but the pain you get in your heart when you are pushing intensity.
-
lol, do u even lift?
-

I probably lift more than you. ;)

What about the glutes? You train them and the hamstrings anything?
-
I never train abs, traps, forearms.

i train traps every week. I would say forearms.
-
Obviously neck.
And forearms, besides heavy and prolonged masturbation sessions i don't train them. ;D
-

How about you ?
exactly the same plus neck as other mentioned.
-
Traps. Hate training them directly, I like to rely on deads for them.
-

traps and abs I train every other day....forearms very rare.
my most lagging group is my hams (as far as health wise) I always seem to be injured there the most..that a lower back it seems, so I can't train them as hard as all other groups.
-

I'm not.

Are you fucken serious????

For some reason I can picture you training neck/traps by just doing neck bridges.

Forearms and tibia :D

:-X Outed
Yeah, you truly we be "out" flapping in the wind doing them naked....
Picture your wife walking in, and your ass in the air,
"Oh, is this something new you learned on getbig? Gayer than a stratch and sniff edition of Flex Magazine."
-
Talking about che naked instead of that ass Doug posted.....
Outed.
-
calves definitely, don't even remember last time i trained them.
i do abs 3 times a week when i'm actually training, it makes them look a whole lot better. the lower v won't come out unless incorporating some leg raises into the routine.

I sorry, I thought it was another pic of che's wife...

I train each body part every week. Whats the point of training if you don't. ???
-
I probably dont work my stapedius muscle enough, although I like to give other peoples stapedius a workout. ;D
-

I agree. I don't understand how people miss out abs and calves etc. Not training legs is the biggest turn off. I will never respect a man if he doesn't train his legs. The bitch comes out in me strong. ;D

Yeah, a man with strong legs can easily dominate his wench when she gets out of line - a man with strong legs can dominate his women sexually with just one foot connected to a brutally powerful leg
-
Abs are trained with every breath you take and with every muscle group you work. If your bodyfat is low enough, and you have the right genetics, your abs will show year round.
As far as traps are concerned, deads are cool and so are shrugs, but take a look at what they do during a (side) lateral raise ~ they flex... just like a biceps.
My neck has been 20" since I was 18 years old. No need to train it. If you have a pencil neck, there ain't much you can do. The only real problem with having such a big neck is that your arms need to be just as big, if not BIGGER!
-
abs...never train them
-
abs, traps, forearms
-
I've never trained abs and calves.
-
Calves, forearms, seldom train traps directly, deadlifts and cleans seem to work better than anything else.
Who actually goes to the gym to work forearms? isolation crap like wrist curls never seems to work, forearms seem very very genetic. never worked them directly in my life neither has my dad and he has bigger forearms than the majority of people i see in the gym
-
I never train quads or hams. They get enough stimulation from all the cardio plus I do not find huge thighs to enhance aesthetics but to diminish them. I do however train calves.
There are some muscle groups I have never trained directly in more than 10 years:
- traps get worked out when I do side and bent laterals
- forearms get worked on every exercise
- triceps I never train although it gets more than enough while doing dips and various presses or flies
- front delt gets more than enough work from pressing and doing dips

Good list, and i forgot front delts. Haven't worked front delts in my life.

calves
-
I never train my penis because its already so big.
-
never train abs, forearms, rarely calves
neglect biceps
-
lower back
-
never train abs, traps, forearms, rarely calves, for the last two i think its quite pointless, either you have them or you dont.
for traps i train them already enough with back shoulders and bicep barbell curls.
hate shrugs as well.

Calves, lower back, and forearms are trained once in a blue moon.
-
calves
You should train them everyday ,no offense DJ181.
-
Probably forearms, though I do train them, but I skip them occasionally if I`m running out of time.
I train neck on the Nautilus 4-Way neck machine twice a week.
I it abs once or twice a week.
-

Probably so, but they are boring as hell to train. I hate training legs as well, but at least they aren't so damn boring to train.
-
For forearms i I do hammer curls in the biceps workout, its actually one of my favorite moves for arms, but i don't do wrist curls.
-
Tibia, and by extension, calves.
I had to be in a cast for 2 months after an operation and couldn't train them. They when from kinda ok to awful and didn't really come back all that decently no matter how hard I trained them.
Muscle memory my ass, these fuckers have muscle Alzheimer's........
-

Don't you know who you're talking to?
It's a joke! :D

Oh, ok, I meant Tibialis Anterior muscles.
I beg your forgiveness, sahib.

My whole body seems to have this problem as well as my brain! :)
-
abs....
had them as a kid .
-
Damn you guys are a bunch of lazy fuckers ;D
I train everything...most neglected/boring to train would be abs...but I still do them
-
Abs, calves and forearms for this guy..
Been trying to incorporate calves more though
-

I agree with that too. How many lifters can't run around a block without gassing. How many bodybuilders consider slow walking on a treadmill work?
-
Never hit traps directly, still sore after back or shoulder workout.
And calves won't grow anyways, you either got them or not.
-

Not true .
-
Not true .
it is true
-
it is true
not true
didn't Arnold calves get his to grow?
-
Calves.
I will train them tonight, but they are my worst muscle group.
I have large quads (possibly my best part), good hamstrings, and calves like Bill Grant.
-
Anybody can improve any bodypart including calves.
Most guys who claim they can`t build calves do a few half assed sets tacked onto their leg workout.
Tons of sets for every bodypart and 3 sets for calves.
MAN UP COWBOYS!!
-
Triceps.
I'm a fucking supermodel.
-
calves will grow like any other muscle but to what extent and how they look when they grow, is all genetics.
seated calf machines don't do shit except hit your soleus, which is underneath your 2 main calf muscles that comprise the visible portion of your calf. donkey calf raises or using a leg press (calf raises) is the best method for hitting the gastrocnemius. or also synthol, lol
-

This applies to every bodypart.
-
calves for sure. i have 14 inch calves lol.
-
My calves have grown, but it stopped after some time. They are strong, high reps standing calf machine with 600 lbs no problem, but the dorks don't grow a mm..... >:(
-
forearms...but i wouldn't consider it "neglect"....they get a ton of work doing DB shrugs , deads ..etc.
I train calves twice a week, once on Monday, once on Friday like clockwork.

I have never directly trained my forearms or my neck in my life. Forearms get indirectly trained with back and bicep work and they're one of my best bodyparts. Neck is indirectly trained when I do shrugs and it isn't bad either.
Of the bodyparts I do train but neglect I'd have to say calves or abs.
Abs get trained once or twice a week but not every week. Calves are probably trained every two weeks on average. I'm usually so fucked after training quads and hams that I never really bother with them. It's no surprise that my calves are my worst bodypart. :-\

Anyone ever seen how skinny this tool's legs are? It's hard because he always wears trousers, even to the gym and the beach. But he has sticl legs. No calfs at all. Quads? Forget about it.
-
and I exect nobody has exercised their wirists recently : )

yeah, i agree (and i said that in what you quoted wes!!)
