Try this....when dieting for a competition, eat clean 6 days a week with proper foods etc...then 1 day eat what the fjuck you want and how much you want ALL DAY LONG. No cheatmeal. CHEATDAY. Works very good, all guys i know that competes in europe diet like this....i am no pro but national champ in light heavy a decade ago ;)

does not affect your progress (actually, you'll progress faster and gain/retain muscle better), and you get to eat til you get sick of it.
