I saw this vid the other day didn't know it was Omar!  Back and calves impressive!

Not very impressive at all.

When I was a kid two guys I trained with moved a guys much bigger car across the parking lot at a bar we were at..........had to lift the front end and slide it out,then pushed it a good distance across the lot.

Both guys were 19-21 years old and a bit over 200 pounds.

I always wondered if that guy found his car that night after drinking!  ;D
