Title: Kris Gethins' DTP system - I would buy that for a $
Post by: pillowtalk on January 19, 2012, 09:12:21 PM
The 1'st thing that I notice is that he is hitting all the "sweet spots" for the Goyim, in the indusrty.
You know, the suckers that are searcing for the dream & have a disposable cash income.

"I want to burn body fat & build muscle at the same time" - check - "I want to be able to fit my training into my busy schedule" - check - "I want to be able to biuld good muscle with-out getting an injury" - check. This guy is sure giving thtem what they want to hear. This guy is a con artist, nothing more.

Funny thing is, I watched him training "Hrithik Roshan" & I did not see 'DTP' being used at all  ::) I guess A list celebs, are not Goyim suckers  :D

This was taken from bodybuilding.com:
DTP is the training system that has transformed the physiques of many people and can do the same for you as well. DTP targets both the fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers in order to both enhance and define your muscle. It provides an overflow of nutrient rich blood to the muscle group you are training to provide a fuller appearance and more separation to the physique, at the same time increasing the heart rate and the intensity to burn fat and build muscle as well. You complete a total of ten sets with a rep range of 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10 for the first five. Once you complete the set of 10, you complete a second set of 10 and then do 20, 30, 40, and then 50 again at the end. You rest about forty-five seconds in between each set.

DTP is an intense training system so you can implement it one of two ways. You can either use it on the entire body for three consecutive weeks followed by taking two weeks off or you can use it on one or two muscle groups per week for as long as you choose to.

Reinventing the wheel always does revolutionise BB'ing, just ask Tbumz.
Markus Ruhl, went for higher reps once & lost a shit load of mass from his arms (See: made in Germany DVD).
Charlatans, who sell unabtainable goals to the Goyim in the fitness indusrty, give us all a bad name.
Fucking prick, cunt.

Good for abs  ???

Explain how that would be better for abs than x3 sets of 15/20 every-other day (utilising 5 abdominal exercises)
