Conclusions???

I'm not against a plant-based diet, but I loathe the sanctimonious, smug self-righteousness that many vegetarians (and almost all "vegans") exude.

Conclusions???

  Several comments:

  - Lawson is wearing tons of make up in this picture; McKeith is not.

  - Lawson is fat, and the more fat you have beneath your skin the more it stretches your skin softening wrinkles; Gillian McKeith has below average bodyfat and that makes you look older.

  - Gillian's diet contains too much polyunsaturated fat from beans, corn, linseeds and other legumes. Polyunsaturated fats increase oxidative stress accelerating the ageing process.

  - Gillian's diet contains too little monounsatuated fats and proteins, which are neded to synthesize collagen and for the structre of cells. The result is that her skin cells are deflated as a result.

  - Gillian is Scots-Irish, and they have by far the worst genetics for ageing of all athenic groups. Lawson, although English, is Mediterranean, and they are some of the slowest ageing ethnic groups in the World. Most Italians still have a full head of black hair well into their sixties.

I hope this has clarfified the issue for you. Wana bet that Gillian will live at least 20 years more than Nigella despite her worse genetics?

Vegetarians aren't always sick. In fact, the members of one religious denomination (known for vegetarianism) is known for living an average of about 10 years longer than their meat-eating counterparts.

People are sick because their diets SUCK. Just because you don't eat mean doesn't mean you have a sound diet.

Of course, there are well-known bodybuilders who were vegetarians for much of their careers, such as Bill Pearl (Mr. Universe), Andreas Cahling (Mr. International), and Roy Hilligenn (Mr. America).

I conclude nigella is very sexy at 51, she looks 41 or younger, the other woman looks 61.

Thje other one shouldve eaten meat, I conclude she should have a roast beef sandwich immediately to reverse effects

Her snatch probably looks like roast beef so that`s why she`s against eating meat.

People are sick because their diets SUCK.

This is true 100%, which if you live in America, is also 99% of the population (that their "diets" suck)

On another note, its quite funny that these people think their "healthy" eating their chicken, broccoli, and rice.  Chicken is fucking loaded with hormones and all this other shit they put it in it.  Cooking vegetables, or anything for that matter- destroys most of the bioavailable nutrients.  I'm just gonna stop there because I could easily go on forever- you wanna be real "healthy": Eat raw foods, eat all organic, use the ANDI scale, all wild caught fish, get some fucking sun, don't use sun screen, don't use the microwave...... etc...... stopping there lol

Most of these molecules get hydrolized by cooking and are rendered inactive.

Cooking vegetables, or anything for that matter- destroys most of the bioavailable nutrients.

This is true. But cooking certain vegetables is beneficial. For instance, spinach is loaded with oxalic acid, a very powerful anti-nutrient. Cooking it destroys 100% of the oxalic acid but only 50% of the other nutrients in spinach, such as B vitamins and antioxidants. It is better to get 50% of the nutrients without oxalic acid rather than 100% of the nutrients with oxalic acid. As a general rule, you should cook your green leafy vegetables - except for lettuce - and eat your cruciferous vegetalbes raw. Cooking broccoli is a crime.

Microwaves are not determinetal in any way, unless you stick your head inside the oven while it is on. All the internet claims that micowaves are dangerous come from ignorant people without a scientic background. As for sunscreens, you are right. The derivatives of benzoic acid that are used in these products might actually cause skin cancer rather than prevent it. And you shouldn't get a lot of sun at all. Nothing is as bad for you as getting too much Sun exposure except for maybe eating too much salt. 20 minutes of early morning Sun is all you need for vitamin D synthesis and vitamin A conversion. Anything more and you verge into cancer-risk territory.

Now you want to be really healthy? Then eat no more than about 500 calories a day. That is all that matters when it comes to extreme health and longevity increase. A guy who eats only 500 calories a day of butter or sugar will have lower markers of inflammation, a better blood lipoprotein profile and insulin resistence than a guy who eats 3,000 calories a day of skinless chicken breats, brown rice and broccoli.
