If you could do a redo and come up with a new version of humans 2.0, what are some things that you will improve on?
1) You can set your body on a timer and sleep, no more tossing and turning. for example, you get in bed, set your timer for 2:00 minutes, and as the countdown reaches, you will sleep. You can also set up sleep time ( for example sleep 8 hours), unless there is emergency ( fire, bladder etc)
2) you could select movies and tv station to "dream on" when you sleep.. or you can just sleep normally and dream of whatever you dream... how cool would it be to sleep and watch tv at the same time
3) your brain has an encrypted (bio) SD card, and you can transfer data ( intelligence) to it with SD cards... for example, you just fucked a perfect 10... wanna relive the moment? just plug in the SD card to a computer, go under the DCIM folder and extract whatever your eyes saw as an AVI file and put it on your computer
4) interchangable body parts... you break your arm, you buy a new one ( plug and play)
5) you can log into your body, and change hormone levels... have your body make more test,gh, igf-1 etc...
those are a few to begin with. what would you add?

I'd add an "Update" and "Back-up" functions to /refresh/ the DNA methylation and epigenetic patterns so one would never suffer a horrible condition called "aging".
Would install a super "anti virus" immuinity and limb regrowth /function/. Would exchange bones to carbon material and enhance brain power a lot.

Why does your human sound more like a robot?
Why would a human have to sleep at all? Imagine how much more we could get done by not spending 1/3 of our lives sleeping.
Same with nutrition.That we can fully absorbe and use 100% of the nutrients in anything we eat. No need to eat 200grams protein to absorbe 50 grams.
Same would go with harmful substances though. we would need to have a very good balance.
Also never lie. A world with no lies. No bitches playing games. Imagine picking up a girl and asking if she will fuck you and get an honest answer.

Human 2.0 should have body than doesn't reject artificial matters, allows to create superhuman, hybrid of man and machine. That theme are not new for science-fiction writers, but real research at the moment are on rudimentary level.
So today human 2.0 are represented by steroid and narcotic users, which enhance body and brain activity, but that condition purely depends on regular usage and in the end waste people. :(
Other than that, physiologically and genetically we are all pretty the same. But some are much better than other, yeah. ;D
