Oh geez... trying to connect with 'real people'.
Mitt doing his own laundry for the camera. Pretending he does his own clothes - on debate day - getting ready for the show. LOL!

What a dope. If he just said:
"Look, I am what I am, I am a square, I am wealthy, we all know I dont relate well to celb culture. But that is not the issue, the issue is who is going to fix this mess. Obama can't, newt cant, no one else has my experience in turning things around. So if you want laugh together at my squareness, great, but I need your vote so we can fix the mess obama has made drastically worse."
Bingo done. why can't he say that?

I wouldn't make any judgments about his comments (assuming he made them) without knowing the context.

If you’ve been wondering how exactly Twitter has revolutionized the way we experience politics, look no further than this photo to prove the point. This, we are led to believe by the Twitter account of Mitt Romney‘s son, Tagg, is his father, doing laundry on the day of the South Carolina primary. There is so much that can be said about Mitt Romney performing this commoner’s task that we figure it’s best to let you all have at it. The “dad” jeans, the gingerly dangling of the Tide powder box over the bottomless pit of dirty clothes, the meticulous passing of the paper towel over the top of the machine, so as to ensure not a drop of detergent falls where it doesn’t belong– there is a lot happening here to be amused by. The younger Romney must have sensed this, as he tweeted it out with the caption, “Nothing like the glamorous life on the road.”

hahahaha can you say photo op :D
-
exact quote, just seen on nbc:
"sometimes we'll be on the road for 30 straight days - Who else do you think is going to do our laundry"?
-Romney
-
Poor choice for a photo op. Nobody wants to see anyone washing their dirty laundry. If he wants to have some stupid photo op to connect with the people on every day shit, something like making PB and jelly sandwiches or tuna salad sandwiches... something like that would be better than watching Mitt wash his dirty clothes.

lol, yea, he totally can't afford to have that done for him....

it shows how far out of touch he is. "This will appeal to people".
Romney claims he does his own laundry every week. his son just happened to tweet it on his own during the SC Primary lol...

actually I don't think it would be stange if he did his own laundry. If I had millions, I wouldn't want others to do our laundry and I'm pretty sure we would do that ourselves.
Plus Mitt is Mormon, they have some strange superman fucking underwear that he probably doesn't want others talking about.
The main thing is that it's a very poor choice to make a photo op of...

maybe he owns stock in Tide...just sayin'

"garmies" ... they spend a lot on those
(http://1857massacre.com/MMM/Images/undrwrmo-couple.jpg)
it was said he gave 3 million dollars last year to the church ( they are REQUIRED to pay a percentage of their income as tithing )... that will buy a lot of votes

Agreed. I don't think I would want others doing that shit either.
