now that's how you train flys! Not some pussy dumbels ;D
no seriously I've wanted some sort of construct so that I could fly using my fly strength... you get whole bodyworkout (minus legs) and you are surely gonna look like a million bucks because yo uare constantly using your whole bodys muscles with thousands of repetitions with maximum intensity.
this is not a falcon post, I'm serious....
