That's how it is at most gyms man, take a look around once in a while.. people have no fucking idea,, just keep going to the gym everyday and looking the same... it's sad really

Oh cmon man don't be so serious. You don't notice any of the people who are at the gym EVERY DAY when youre there? You don't have to stare, just be aware of your surroundings.
And no, noone changes in my gym. Even the guys who are built all just seem to maintain.

the golds gyms I used to go to years back were the best. Those bastards were hardcore in there. You saw somebody and it made you go even harder. You didn't want to miss too many days or weeks there because people were transforming in months and would leave you behind.
The hardcores wouldn't even talk to you (which is fine by me b/c I came to W/O) until you proved you weren't some fly by night gym member. Put in months of solid work then they'd come up to you, befriend and exchange "intelligence" on how to enhance yourself even further. lol
I started to go to bally's about 5 years ago..LMFAO..was a joke. I still have a 24 hour fitness account for when I travel to S.florida to get in some work..another joke but whatever.
I can't lie, I miss the hardcore Golds atmosphere. :'(

i remember i was a member of a powerhouse gym and there was this Italian hoe ( big booty) she wud clown people who always looked the same...i used to think "why do u care" while i stare at your hiney

People don't change at the gym because the majority of them don't use drugs.
The type of dedication and lifestyle changes it takes to change your look(without drugs) enough
for a random stranger at the gym to notice is not something many people are
willing to do.
