Title: How to come down from a coffee high?
Post by: Marty Champions on January 27, 2012, 08:02:32 AM
i havent done coffee in over a year since its very high in caffiene, however i get panicky when i consume it, my body cant handle it like it used to

but i want to use it because i know its the best thing for energy so how does one eliminate the caffiene stimulant effect after they have had enough stimulation ? i just want to use it for a workout but i dont want the lasting effects of it

I know how you feel falcon. I mix half decaf half regular. I can't handle stims. After a few hours you will feel better.

Eat some home-made custard baked french toast if you want to feel like a God.
Make sure to top with real maple syrup, preferably Grade B.

I use brioche bread to make this recipe.

You can either use the recipe from Joy of Cooking, or Alton Brown.  Both can be found online.

You will want to lift like a machine.

Have you considered lifting weights? Always seems to take the edge off for me.
