Its a mandatory back pose! so the judges cant see any gut which means the competitors are only focusing on flexing their lats and glutes and yada yada yada so they can pretty much leave their gut hangin'

Good point! So the bodybuilding now takes on a new light. it is not how good ya physique is it is simply ability to hide ya gut! interesting.

^How do you think Arnold beat Sergio?
Posing. Sergio had Arnold beaten in most categories......and overall freakyness and aesthetics.
The only thing Sergio didn't have down was conditioning.

i dont know y but martinez just doesnt impress me. ok small waist and pretty dramatic taper but he looks like he still needs a few years to be a top notch guy. i thought both branch warren and dennis james should of place ahead of him at the olympia.

I am going to have to agree with the Jay Cutler statement, same goes for Ronnie. These mass monster have very little tapering from chest to gut. I am watching the 2005 O, Jay looks like a box, there is no X shape to him.
I thought that the most appealing physiques were Johnnie Jackson and Branch

From where I was sitting at the Olympia in the morning (front row right up the front in the middle) Jays stomach stood out like Dogs Balls, it was huge to be exact , you could see it at any angle Jay was satnding , it was made comment on by all it the row watching !!

Finally some others agree cutler looked a little shitty this year and got the gift of the year. I still dont see how he won the sickest wheels award with only his left leg :D
