We always hear about the mega doeses people take and blow up on, but then we also hear the old-school stories of how guys in the 50's- early 60's were on 10mg dbol and looked good. But has anyone here actually tried low doses and did they have any results?

my first cycle was actually, 15 mg of bionabol if I remember well
Maybe it was 30mg, I don't remember it was too long ago
I didn't gain shit from it, but some of my friends used the same thing and gained 20 bloated pounds

50 mg halodrol every day for i believe it was 6 weeks.
i honestly had amazing results from this, considering how early this was in my hormone history. i put on like 15 lbs from this because i was under 200 lbs at the time, and then lost roughly 14 lbs on PCT

IIRC your body produces 4-7mg a day naturally, hence even 100mg would be twice the physiological dose in any case already.

10mg dbol on training day, so 5 time a week, for 2 month, gained 10 pounds, good strenght gain.

same here. I have too go over 1g to start feeling something. As soon as i start with the gh i'll bumping the gear to 3g.

Back over a decade ago for a 3rd cycle "bridge" I tried running 50mg Laurabolin EOD and 50 mg anadrol/day and I straight blew up. I think I was like 175 and went to 190 fairly hard.

I agree most people 5'9 or taller will need at least 1gram to look fairly large. Just cant hold much more then 230lb of fairly lean off-season muscle with that. I've notice from observing over the yrs 1gm of test or deca can put on a weight of 225 at 10% if everythings done perfect. Thats actually a little high. The taller you are the more steroids you mise well plan on having to take

Post 1st cycle - cruised with Test enan at 1cc (250mg) every 9-12 days for a few months. Strength stayed near peak or/and went higher. Natural levels are low. So that dosage is more than 3 times higher than endogenous production.

I see lots of people are mentioning initial cycles, but It would be interesting to see the results from consistant use at a low level rather then the upscaling thats done cycle to cycle.

I still respond well to 1 amp sust week, but these days i often do use more. Also low dose dianabol still blows me up (granted it's temporary).

Many years ago I used 30mg of Dbol by itself for about 3 months and made decent gains. I think the reason I used Dbol alone was because the Test I had ordered was some bunk UGL non sense.
I actually made some decent gains on it and i remember having some great workouts during that time period.
