Looks like Marcus stopped dieting 5 weeks out.

Some poses he looks awesome...
But most of them he looks really bad, I've seem him look much better.

if you would have seen the ppv Markus looked MUCH better than that. Markus was as big as a house, he looked bigger than Ronnie. Markus was holding a lot of water though... but nothing close to what those pics make him look like.

When he is not in granite hard shape you really see his flaws,he is wide a house .but when not in shape his signature poses don't look the same.

What he could get away with a few years ago, He can't now. His window of opportunitie is getting smaller and smaller. If he dosen't win a show this year his placings are only going to go down and down. Can anybody say Nasser.

How can you compare Rhul to Nasser, Nasser accomplished way more than Rhul ever will and he deserved to win at least 1 olympia....Rhul did not.

i gotta go with ether on that one.... nasser did deserve at least one olympia, but your right, towards the end of nassers career, he slipped, and he slipped pretty bad

If you think marcus has used synthol in his bi's, why has he used absolutely none in his tri's?

Markus would look so much better if he dropped like...10lbs of Synthol. He's really over doing it now on the oil front!

I watched Ruhl's training video the other day and I was suprised. He was lifting heavy weights but nothing radically heavy. No where near Coleman or Cuttler and his form was a little sloppy. Not going low enough on incline bench press or squats.

nasser did a show last year or theyear before. don't think he made the top 15.saw some pics he looked like he ate pure salt all week. lost all his conditioning.

i think people are going overboard with ruhl's appearance at the O this past year. He got married and was building a house, so in other words, he didnt fully prepare and got the appropriate placing. ruhl has gotten a bit better every year. when he fully prepared, he got 5th last year at the O and a 3rd place finish at the arnold. dont worry, he'll be back this year and look great.

Almost all pros train sloppy. When you have that much muscle mass, then you can begin to comment on using sloppy form...it obviously got him huge.
